Being Drunk is not cool, can kill you or others even prison time. I cant remember which country, but learned that one country if caugh DUI, is death sentence ASAP. Also I learned that Singapore, if caught a crime, hard hiting on your back with sugar cane. VERY painful. Here in USA is too soft on DUI, vary by state laws. I know of a friend who never seen her father because DUI ran him over, and this DUI is a free man. She grew up without a father. Not funny.
