The point that Craig Shoemaker was making was that comics like Chris Rock, George Lopez, Richard Pryor and so many other non-white comics can make all the racial/ethnic jokes they want (either of their own race/ethnicity or about other races/ethnic groups) but as soon as a white comic says anything about another race/ethnic group, it's not funny because it is automatically assumed that the comic is being racist. Craig is funny and his Chris Rock and Barney Fife impressions are great
