Well this is my first video blog on contortion. Yes, I am XEmberXMyXNameX. This is week one on my contortion. It might not be good but its only my first week. PLease leave comment telling me what you think. If you have any pointers please leave a comment on telling me what to do. I'm a little bendy flexible... my sisters room was getting remodeled so i ued that room cause it was emty yes i know it looks ugly now but now it looks good because her furniture i back in it!!

hello. I don't do cortortionism but you not really doing contortionist stuff your just copying it over and over again try and be a bi more light on your feet it really helps. Im a dancer so i am really bendy. I will make a video of stretches and that to make you more flexiable ok. Bye :)
