It's very crude and symbolic of the nouveau riche to brag about their wealth; however in Gene's case, because he is a public figure, and because he's worked so hard for over 30 years, risking everything in the process, it's understandable. He deserves every penny he's got.

It bugs me how so many people keep talking about Gene Simmons being an asshole and a prick. Do any of you know him on a personal level? Where do you get your facts from, interviews? Until you sit down with the man and get to know him, then maybe you can say something. You all know nothing at all, yet judge everything as if you do.
