For the White Star, you only have to drive the car for about thirty years to get your investment back. o.o But costs of the car will come down, as well as the battery and other things, so it might be worth it in a couple years.

The ZENN is awesome. But do you guys remember the EV1 by GM produced in 1996??? They were the very FIRST electric vehicle (EV).
The EV1 was made illegal in California by pressure of oil companies. Some 1,000 EV1's were taken from their owners and demolished. Unbelievable. Watch the documentary, "Who Killed the Electic Car" to get more information on this conspiracy. Unbeleivable

Dear sweetness109. In fact, the EV1 wasn't the first electric car at all. Some of the earlier automobiles were electric, and it was a long time ago - longer than '59. And by the way, the name is spelled RENAULT (french brand). Best Regards Duda Ott
