| dude seriously, the carotid artery and carotid sinus are key blood sinuses and if you hit them to hard it can cause them to stop pumping blood for a second and knockout. although it is more dangerious than that guy knows because even though he brought him back, there is still a risk of heart attack a week later. you can look up pictures of the carotid artery and lightly press there on your kneck and youll fell it tingle a bit |

| "Bricking it" Haha. But seriously. I don't suggest people try this in real fight situations. You need to know where to hit, when to hit and more importantly if you should hit. If you don't know what you are doing the chances are even if you manage to get a neck strike in you will miss the target and get a kick in a sensetive area. |
