| There is a reason for the wrong pitch. Some edits had to be made to the opening titles sequence (I believe the Superman logo) and that made the opening shorter. To make up for the changes,the John Williams score had to have a pitch change (at :36). At 3:45 you can hear that the two pieces of music don't exactly match...they were supposed to flow seamlessly from one to the other, but the pitch change prevented that. |
