its because whenever the kicker kicks, the team or the opponet, crosses the space line around the goal box before its kicked so its considered a foul or fault.

This is the dumbest referee ever. The ball is live as soon as the player kicks the ball. Also, the shot went in so it doesn't matter if any players went in early as they gained no advantage.

well it looks as if he's TECHNICALLY right, i mean the players do enter the box before the kick is taken on most occassions, but i gues you could say this about every penalty kick ever taken, he's just being stupidly pedantic, but then again maybe he just got fed up of twats who make too much money from playing football and decided to have some fun? If you pause the video each time he hits the ball you`ll see that NOT ONCE is there another player in the box. Yes, they`re starting to move and then do enter but NOT when he kicks the ball. Very very very poor refereeing.

but if you see the goal..the keeper comes again early out of his goal so normaly he has to rekick... haha but stupid referees want to have some atention! funney for the neutral spectators!
