great video and i loved the positive attitude. i've been a bartender all through undergrad and up into grad school and it just becomes tiring when people refuse to accept that you should know tipping is part of the etiquette in certain situations. in a tipping culture you get to basically employ your waitstaff personally for the duration of your visit and control their compensation at the end. better than waitstaff being paid more and the costs being passed on to you without your control.
