I'm not a pussy, and I'm not an immigrant. Being poor doesnt give them the right to do it, but they've got the ability, and noone can stop them - that accomplishment deserves some respect imho. Besides every government in the world does the same thing, those just don't have to stop every boat with the armed forces to make them pay their tax. If companies want to use Somali waters they shouldn't be any cheaper than any other country's waters.
