I don't think that. Emo is just a social group connection between one another. It's just another way for people to connect and understand one another. Ignore people who find what you do or dress like to be weird and are mean about it, because those people aren't any better than you are. By ignoring them shows your better than them. I find the emo style to pretty cool in my opinion. I wouldn't be able to pull it off though.

That's the point with some of the songs....it sounds almost broken, damaged, but then again, that's what the song is sorta about (the overall effect is kinda cool, NIN is the only band I know that does this well)

As a writer, I tend to get trapped by common themes and word usage. I have to often find literature that expands my vocab and the purposely use words unfirmiliar to me or rather over looked by my habitual writing mind. Trent probably has that problem. Very easy to get stuck there but it also imprints Trent all over things when it is particularly his way of speaking and lyrical genius.
