Normally I can't stand Fox News (they tend to spin things, are very bias, and get a give a lot of false information), but I'm glad they covered something about this. It was interesting to watch. I honestly feel Dr. Phil is a fraud, but unless he said "get that girl on my show" I don't see how he is directly responsible. I doubt he has direct control over who the show hires to do this and that (an onair personality is not like a company CEO... they are just the talent).

Oh and a little info. $37,000 bail is not really a lot to be honest. Consider there are different kinds of bail. In this case a "Surety" bond was used (a third party takes responsibility for the debt of the bail). In these cases only 10% of bail is required. If paid to the court (and not a bondsman) they will get that 10% back as long as the conditions of bail are not broken. So in reality it only cost $3700 to get her out, and even then they may get that money back. Taking it seriously huh? w/e
