lol it is a way of expressing openess and worship for them, as they are praising god with all of their bodies and it just sort of feels right to do it during moments of worship etc... but i wouldnt worry bout it lol it isnt compulsory or anything:D. you really should go to hillsong one day they are an amazing church. This is the most awesome to see kids that REALLY get it. They are learning at a young age what some people never truly get, to sing with true hearts and worshipping in spirit and truth. They know what they are singing and no one has brain washed them. They know who they are singing to and its the Lord God Almighty!
