Guys, there is a reason why fishes are fishes and cows are cows. You wouldn't prepare fish the same way you prepare beef or pork. Sushi chefs are skilled and cultured professionals and what they do is one of the finest of arts. They know what they are doing. For those who just can't comprehend it, the least you can do is grow the hell up and show some respect.

I doubt that a lot of Sushi chefs go out and become Killers because they cut up fish.If this bother someone they should go and join PETA. Maybe one day they will be in the majority and can stop the eating of meat. In Packing houses fish is often cut up live and perhaps the fish do suffer. But the one in the tank did not appear to be suffering. I would eat the Sushi and I would ask the Chef to go ahead and kill the fish as well offering my thanks for the freshness and his skill. RESPECT!
