correct, as long as an opposing team member has touched the ball the penalty taker or another player from the attacking side is entitled to go for goal again. However if the ball hits the post or bar and rebounds without the keeper touching it then they cannot shoot again until the other team touches it. Goalkeepers always come off their line these days and it almost always goes unpunished.
