I'm not a fan of the eighties, least of all the music that was produced in those years, but artists were really talented in those days. They did not need computer rearrangements and remastering of every word that came through their mouths. And most of 'em knew music. Not just how to use samples on a computer.

Some of Rick's Live performances were lip synced...sadly. But this video proves that HE CAN SING and dunno what the hell people were thinking when they forced him to lip sync. I'm a fan of this dude, after getting rick rolled...I think I have been man crushed.

My respect for this guy. You can tell what kind of pressure he was under and it's quite a hard song to sing without a studio backing you up. Also, the microphone didn't help, it made wierd sound effects when he backed away from him.
