| I wen't to ASU in 1998 and the home grown ASU e mail sucked. I am glad they went to google. Whe I started in 1998 ASU didn't even have web based email, it was text only through a special dial in number that did't always work. Gmail is sooo much better. |

| The transition to Google Apps has been very, very smooth. Basically right now all students have a custom-made iGoogle page that shows literally everything you need on one single page. It's even connected to Blackboard. |
