| I'll explain: in 1996 I attended argentinian F1 GP. Ferrari gave Lole Reutemann (54yo at the time) the car Berger had driven the previous year. Reutemann hadn't drive a F1 car since April, 1981 (15 years had gone by). He enter the car, the crew showed him the commands of the car, and Reutemann went for a 7 laps run in the wet... He got the 5th time of the whole session (non official of course since it was just an exhibition). He was faster than even one of Ferrari guys!!!! Simply Reutemann!!! |
