Plus, a point I wanted to make in another post... It strikes me as odd, that the god the bible represents is so primitive. Surely he should be more nuanced, intelligent, superior in every way to even the greatest minds we have nowadays,at the height of our civilisation? Right? And yet, in the bible, he behaves like... Well, like he was written by minds from 2000 years ago. There should be no inconsistencies in something supposed to be considered gospel. None whatsoever, but it's full of them.

JWs dont look at the bible the same way that other christians do.you know how pretty much all religions look at the bible as this book that makes them feel all warm inside.well witnesses actualy study the meat of the bible.there are tons of scientific discoveries in the bible way before a non-biblical reference was made,its just religions are so stupid about everything and give the bible a bad rep.most christians dont even know Gods own name, Jehovah.Btw im not a JW.I use to hate them.

Instead of helping to research blood replacements to fit their weird ideologies, why don't JWs back research into something like research into cancer, stroke or Multiple Sclerosis? There is no product that can replace blood currently and if it becomes available it will be extremely expensive. It is unethical to waste money chasing synthetic blood to accomodate religious weirdos.

oh yeah they are such religious weirdos because they practice the religion of their choice and dont argue with other people.and their faith is so strong that even when their life depends on it they still do what they feel is moraly right.they dont go to war to kill people who dont agree with them,they dont have a manditory collection plate, they obey the law.wow they're really out there man,just because they go to peoples doors every saturday to share with other people what they believe in.

actualy very few witnesses have actualy died from not taking blood(wow maybe the JWs God is keeping them alive)...never know.the thing is JWs faith is so strong that they would sacrifice their own life to protect what they believe in and not in a brainwashed cult kinda way.they find taking other peoples(and animals blood) is unholy(which is what the bible says). as long as they keep it to themselves and dont force other people into not taking blood im cool with that you know?

I don't advocate forcing people to accept blood but I reserve the right to call a person a superstitious buffoon if they refuse a life-saving medical procedure because of some outlier interpretation of a book of fairytales. Religion is bad. The Bible is made up.

yeah religion is bad.JWs whole message is that religion is bad.maybe if you gave them just a second to explain what they believe you would respect them.lets see they dont celebrate christmas or other religious holidays,there must be a difference between them and other religions. witnesses are the only religion that dont try to take away other peoples rights by voting against homosexuality for example.and JWs have just as much of a right to believe what they want as you do to call them buffoons
