this is the second time ive had to say this. To people thinking this kid sucks. Your not watching the full video. Greg here gets the idea to do parkour from watching videos online. he decides he wants to try this, so he goes out to give it a shot hes obviously terriable but he continues. But he gets full of himself and believes he can jump off a building where in he injures his leg. He doesnt let it get him down but he swears not to be so stupid about parkour again. of jumping. Starting with small obstacles of course, before he gets comfortable enough and makes the jumps a little bigger. Progressive is the idea here. Start small and go from there. Eventually he starts encorporating small little tricks like summersaults and flips. Before you know it by the end of the video Gregs hard work pays off and he shows great improvement compared to when he first started off. This video is absolutly brilliant and gives a sort of vague idea of how to approach parkour.

Greg was overly confident at first, taking big obstacles way too lightly and ended up getting hurt. After awhile, he tried again, this time starting from smaller obstacles and working his way up to bigger ones. And from this video, it shows he did not give up, and kept striving to get better. [=
