Yeah, same here. Then I found out that it was performer by an scottish composer via the Wikipedia.
Anyway, doesn't bother me to much. The melody is genius. It fits kind of every genre; Techno, Trance, "Indian-ish" Like this one, probably would fit rock/metal too.
