Back in the 70's,I grew up a few miles from Downey,CA where the Carpenter's lived. At that time I was a closet fan of theirs since it wasn't "Cool" listen to their music around my 'rocker' aquaintences. It didn't stop me from listening and getting their Records, 8 Track, Cassette, and DVD recordings. I will always listen and love their music. Karen was my 'Candle in the Wind'. God Bless you, Karen. I'll hope to see you in heaven one day...
