As a former collegiate athlete, and a High School Softball Coach, I would tell you that you should work on your spins a little bit more with a weighted ball, and hit the weights!! As for the double play...may want to either go across the bag, or bounce further off of it, otherwise you are looking for an injury! Good Luck!!

great stuff, though i don't recall any difference in any of your pitches.. i am however a NOOOOOB at playing softball, and i am only watching this video as sportshomework. You on the other hand, are great. Can anyone please reply on me? i want to know the differences in the way she pitches. I am very confused.

Your best bet would be to go to Google and type up some information on the pitching she's doing. It is cinfusing if you don't know the differences in the different pitches.
