I remember he was asked in an interview once whether he minded all the boos. He said no, because he got a reaction, and that was what he was after - that's the job of a heel. What would've been worse was indifference and silence from the crowd; something so many heels since have suffered from. He was one of the best heels ever, because he got the audience into such a frenzy and he was a good wrestler too. RIP Rick.

What a class act Rude always was during his great career! From 0:28-0:35 he displays all the confidence in the world. It is exactly the kind he needed to keep facing the Warrior. I loved it when he pinned him at Wrestlemania V. I can bet the Warrior thought Rude would crumble under him all too quickly, but, oh, no. Rick just outsmarted him as Jesse Ventura predicted.
In many ways, I am surprised Rude didn't pin the Warrior over and over. He just kept making a fool of him. R.I.P. Rick.

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha I loved this guy. I remember seeing him in Ottawa in 87',he signed autographs and posed for pictures for about 45 minutes,he was a great guy who loved his fans.RIP Rick
