No. I have also trained with some of the greatest, like the entire gracie team. I am currently training for a mixed martial arts competition. I am 28 years and in my prime. This guy would not touch me with that shit that only works in the movies. Give me a break. Those old asian martial arts are inefective. They are centuries old moves that have proven themselves to be inaplicable in any kind of real fight. If they're so good, why don't cage fighters use them?

They aren't used in UFC and other cage matches because many of Terry's techniques involve small joint locks and pressure points that are banned in competition.

i agree these moves work but not in a real fight. in these clips terry can see where the strike is coming from in a real fight punches and kicks are all suprise attacks noway you can pull these techniques off unless sofening up the opponent first, shaw in a real fight on the floor this stuff will work but not in stand up,unless they arent experienced in fighting then yes it wil work for example a right hook which you can see coming from a mile away.

yes you are correct ParkourNerd they are attacking slow but its not because wingrove sensei is old or slow just that they know very well if he's attacked seriously he will defend seriously so they could well be badly hurt, he is very capable of killing them out right if as he says if i get the hump!
